Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

UK Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (United Kingdom)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 working days
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly, especially during peak periods.

Packaging

We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely:

Posters are shipped in sturdy protective tubes or flat-backed rigid mailers (depending on size).
Notecards are packaged in protective sleeves and rigid envelopes to prevent bending.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
